Peigam Restaurant draws its inspiration from the surrounding land and the rich culinary history of our region. The kitchen led by chef Dan Zoertz is based on local ingredients such as fish and seafood from the Carmel coast, seasonal harvests from the mountain and work with regional growers. The dishes are characterized by unusual Middle Eastern flavors and served in an historic stone house that has been renovated and furnished by loving hands, with a carefully curated local wine menu creating a rustic and relaxed atmosphere suitable for both refined dining and casual nibbles and drinks
